Dr Chidi Ezegwu is a dynamic, results-oriented and cross-disciplinary research and development specialist with over 20 years of leadership experience in business, civil society, research and evaluation. He is currently an Associate Tutor with the University of Essex Online and Honorary Research Associate at the University of Manchester Institute of Education. His interest and experience are in the fields of education, political economy analysis, gender, social inclusion, conflict, climate change, media, language, arts and culture. He holds MSc in Political Science (University of Ibadan, Nigeria), MA in Education, Gender and International Development (University College London, UK) and, a PhD in Education and Social Justice (Lancaster University, UK).  Read more about me

I have contributed to influence multi-sector policies and practices through my research and evaluation leadership, and contributing to the successful delivery of over 40 research and evaluation projects in the past 10 years.

I designed and led research and evaluation projects funded by diverse international development agencies, including British Council, DFID/FCDO, European Union, MacArthur Foundation, Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC), UNDP, UNICEF, USAID and others.
